1. This is the first time I am using ContinuingEducationLinks.com to locate courses to fulfill my continuing education requirements. How do I find the programs or courses that fit my profession?
Answer: After selecting the navigational tool bar Search for
Courses, you are forwarded to the course filter page. The filters at the top of the page allow you to select by profession, location, type of program (delivery method). The option of refining your search is available above the courses in the blue bar. You may also use the quick links in the left hand menu to begin your search by occupation.
2. How do I know these courses are accurate?
Answer: The course provider is under an advertising contract and is paying for the advertising space to place their programs on the site. It is in their best interest to ensure the accuracy of their posting. The link to their course assures that you can view their content again.
3. I am becoming a new subscriber, how do I know I am following the correct steps?
Answer: We have included an instruction document to help you with this process. Click this link, New Subscriber Instructions, to open the document. You can print this file or save it to your computer.
4. I have not received the email containing my password. What can I do?
Answer: The average delivery time for your password email is within 15-20 minutes. Spam filters or blocking programs that you have set up in your email or that your company is running, could block this email from getting to you. Check your email spam filters, bulk mail folders and add the following email to your safe senders list: administrator@continuingeducationlinks.com.
If you have not received your password email after 2 hours, go to the Provider Login page, enter the user id that you selected during registration and click the "I forgot my password" button. This generates a new password for your account and sends it to the email address that you entered during registration. The original password is no longer valid after you do this.
If your email address has changed or you believe that you mistyped it during registration, please contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.
